Educational Activity –PhD Students and Training Activities

The main activity of the Laboratory is consultations and expert assistance in the fields of computer, communication and information security.

They are made by telephone, e-mail and through on-site visits.

Significant part of these consultations is made several times and with a certain frequency over time (most often monthly).

The group of consulted persons includes representatives of a higher state administration (ministries, agencies, commissions, etc.).

Expert advice and assistance are provided free of charge for the Presidency, the Council of Ministers, the National Assembly, region and municipal authorities throughout the country.

Education and Prevention

Another important part of the activities of the Laboratory includes training and prevention in the field of the protection from attacks carried out by malicious software (computer viruses, computer worms, Trojan horses, backdoors, unwanted ad traffic, spyware applications, hacker attacks, etc.).

It is accomplished for a wide range of national institutions and organizations, including hospitals, schools, units of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Defense.
